Resting at the confluence of the Indian and Atlantic oceans, situated between the slopes of the iconic Table Mountain and the glistening sapphire waters of Table Bay, the exceptionally scenic city of Cape Town is in a class of its own. With its bustling harbour, world-class beaches, top-notch vineyards, and its mountainous surroundings brimming with diverse flora and fauna, Cape Town consistently captivates the hearts of all who visit.
Day 1 – Cape Town (BB)
On arrival in Cape Town you make your way through passport control and customs. You meet our representative in the Arrivals Hall. During our way to the Hotel you will enjoy a half day tour which will showcase the highlights of the “Mother City”.
Starting with a ride in the Cable Car to the summit of Table Mountain where you can take in the magnificent views of the city, followed by an informative orientation tour and finally a walk through the cobbled streets of the colourful suburb of Bo Kaap (Malay Quarter).
Day 2 – Cape Town – Full Day Cape Point Tour
You depart your hotel in the morning for a Full Day Cape Point Tour. This tour includes a Seal Island Cruise from Hout Bay, a scenic drive over Chapmans Peak, a visit to the Boulders penguin colony and lastly you spend some time at the famous Cape Point to take in the magnificent views.
Day 3 – Cape Town – Full Day Cape Winelands Tour
This morning you are collected from your hotel for a full day Winelands tour.
Your first stop is in the old town of Paarl where you enjoy a wine tasting at the renowned KWV Wine Emporium. Next you visit the French Huguenot town of Franschhoek with a its bustling main street, lined with restaurants, book stores and fine chocolate shops. You are free to have lunch at any of the restaurants in Franschhoek. Next you enjoy another wine tasting at one of the Stellenbosch wine estates before heading into the town of Stellenbosch where you’ll have some free time to do shopping before returning to your hotel in the late afternoon.
Day 4 – Cape Town to Pestana Kruger Lodge, Kruger National Park (DBB)
This morning you are collected by our representative and transferred to Cape Town Airport where you check in for your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival at Johannesburg Airport you are again met by one of our representatives and transferred to your Kruger Park Lodge.
Stretching over more than two million hectares, the Kruger National Park is one of the world’s largest game reserves and a truly remarkable destination. Owing to its exceptional size, visitors are able to experience fantastic diversity – from changing scenery and ecosystems to an impressive array of animals, plant life and birdlife. The park is home to over 130 mammals and over 500 bird species. Visitors can look forward to learning about the area’s prehistoric past, enjoying a host of accommodation options, and viewing abundant wildlife including the famed Big Five. The diversity sheer density of wildlife makes Kruger National Park an unforgettable and potentially life-changing experience.
Day 5 – Pestana Kruger Lodge – Kruger National Park Day Safari
Your Kruger National Park Day Safari is a full day trip, with a duration of 10 hours. Guests will view Africa’s beautiful wildlife while being taken around in open safari vehicles. The trip includes collecting guests from their accommodation, conservation fee, and professional and informative guides (Lunch at own account).
Day 6 – Depart
Depending on your departure flight time, after Breakfast you are collected by your guide for your transfer to the airport, where you check in for your onward flight.
