This 3-night Cape Town MICE Package offers your Delegates an exciting experience of South Africa’s Mother City and an award ceremony in a unique venue.
What to Expect
On your maiden visit to the Mother City, You enjoy three days of all the city has to offer without being in transit every moment of your trip. The following will only scratch the surface of what to expect but will give you a brief insight to this iconic city.
On arrival at Cape Town airport, you are met in the arrival’s hall by your private guide and transferred to your hotel. At the hotel, your guide will give you a briefing on the next day’s activities. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to rest and relax after a long flight. This evening you enjoy dinner at Gold Restaurant. Your evening at the Restaurant starts with an interactive African Drumming session, followed by a taste of various African dishes and entertainment.

After breakfast your guide meets you in the hotel lobby and you depart for a full day City and Table Mountain tour.
This morning you are collected from your hotel for a full day of touring. You depart the hotel for Bo Kaap (Malay Quarter) where you take a guide walk through the colorful houses as your guide shares with you the history of this quaint but important part of the city. Next you take a drive through the city passing by the 400 year old Castle of Good hope and Town Hall. You spend some time walking through the Company Gardens.
The Company’s Garden was first built as a refreshment station for the trade route that rounded the tip of Africa between Europe and the east. Ships sent by the Dutch East India Company would stop by after months at sea and stock up on fresh produce grown in the garden—hence, “The Company’s Garden”. The first seeds were planted on the 29th April 1652.
Lunch is enjoyed at a local restaurant. After lunch you travel to the lower Cable Station at the foot of Table Mountain.
Ride the revolving cable car for a bird’s-eye view of Cape Town and the Peninsula from the top of the iconic Table Mountain (weather permitting). You return to your hotel in the late afternoon and prepare for your Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony, held at the Two Oceans Aquarium (or other unique venue).

After breakfast your guide meets you in the hotel lobby and you depart for a full day Cape Point tour.
This morning you depart and drive through the affluent suburbs of Camps Bay and Llundudno before reaching the coastal town of Hout Bay. Embark on a cruise to Seal Island (about 45 minute cruise).
You return to the mainland and depart for Simons Town and Boulders Beach via Chapmans Peak Drive. A visit to Boulders Penguin Colony offers you the opportunity to see these animals up close but in their natural environment. You also have some free time to explore the historic Simons Town with its many antique stores and restaurants. Lunch is for you own account.
A short drive from Boulders Beach is the next stop on this tour, Cape Point. Lunch is at the Two Oceans Restaurant.
After lunch you take a funicular ride to the top of Cape Point where you have free time to explore. Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope are often referred to as the meeting place of two mighty oceans, the Atlantic and the Indian Ocean.
You depart Cape Point for the city and arrive back at your hotel in late afternoon. This evening you have dinner at Pigalle Restaurant (or Similar)

Today you have a transfer to the airport in time to check in for your onward flight.
