What to Expect
A visit to Cape Town promises a vibrant blend of stunning landscapes, rich history, and cultural experiences. This morning you are collected from your hotel for a full day of touring. Your journey begins with a visit to the lower cable station, from where you take a revolving cable car to the summit of Table Mountain (weather permitting) for stunning panoramic views of Cape Town and the Peninsula.
After descending, it’s time to explore the city with an orientation tour. Enjoy a drive through the city and past some of its historical sites, including the 400-year-old Castle of Good Hope and City Hall. Visit the Slave Lodge and Company Gardens before exploring the vibrant Cape Malay Quarter, known as Bo Kaap.
Lunch can be had at a local restaurant and would be for your own account.
After lunch, visit the stunning Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, located on the lower slopes of Table Mountain. This renowned garden showcases the Cape’s rich flora, with the unique fynbos vegetation taking center stage. You’ll have time at leisure to explore this paradise, which is ranked as one of the top botanical gardens in the world.
Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, meet your guide and depart for a full-day tour of Cape Point.
Drive through the scenic suburbs of Camps Bay and Llandudno to the coastal town of Hout Bay. Enjoy a 45-minute cruise to Seal Island.

Today you have a transfer from your lodge to Cape Town Airport where you check in for your flight to George Airport. On arrival at George Airport, you’re met by your local guide and transferred to your hotel.
You have the rest of the day at leisure.

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, you’ll depart for Plettenberg Bay to visit Monkeyland and Birds of Eden. Monkeyland is the world’s first free-roaming multi-species primate sanctuary, dedicated to educating visitors and fostering a deeper understanding of primates.
Birds of Eden features a unique two-hectare dome—the largest in the world—covering a gorge of indigenous forest. It is home to over 3,500 birds from more than 220 species, with a primary focus on African birds.
Lunch will be at your own expense at one of the many beachfront restaurants in Plettenberg Bay. Afterward, you’ll visit the Tsitsikamma Forest to see the famous Big Tree and enjoy a walk through the Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve, known for its iconic suspension bridge. You’ll return to the hotel in the late afternoon, with time to prepare for dinner. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
