Day 2:  Zimbabwe

After breakfast you transfer to Johannesburg Airport where you check in for your flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.  On arrival you are met by your guide and transferred to your hotel.  This afternoon you enjoy a Sunset Dinner Cruise on the mighty Zambezi River.

Day 3:  Zimbabwe & Zambia

This morning you have a scheduled Tour of the Falls, both, viewing it from many different viewpoints.

Victoria Falls, straddling the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia, is one of the most spectacular natural wonders in the world.  The sheer scale and beauty of the falls are awe-inspiring. At 1,708 meters wide and 108 meters high, it’s one of the largest and most impressive waterfalls in the world. The sight of the massive curtain of water plunging into the Zambezi River is truly breathtaking.

You depart The Falls on in Zimbabwe and travel across the border into Zambia. After the tour you enjoy lunch at Bain’s Restaurant (or similar) before returning to the hotel for some time at leisure.  This evening you enjoy a true African Bush Dinner.

Day 4:  Botswana

With an early start to the morning, today you visit Botswana for a full day safari in the Chobe National Park. This cross-border adventure adds an extra layer of excitement as you explore two countries in a single day. Chobe National Park is one of the most pristine settings in Botswana overlooking the floodplains.
You spend the morning with knowledgeable guides who lead you on game drives through Chobe’s diverse landscapes, tracking the Big Five.

Enjoy a delectable lunch served at Mowana lodge, in the heart of Chobe National Park, providing a truly immersive safari experience amidst the untamed beauty of Africa.

After Lunch you depart from the river front and glide along the Chobe River on a boat safari, offering a unique perspective to witness animals quenching their thirst, basking in the sun, and crossing the river. The boat safari presents unparalleled opportunities for close encounters with elephants, hippos, and a vibrant avian population.

This afternoon you depart for Victoria Falls, arriving back at your hotel in the early evening.
You have the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 5:  Johannesburg

This morning you transfer to Victoria Falls Airport where you check in for your onward flight to Johannesburg.  On arrival in Johannesburg, you clear Customs and Immigration and then transfer to your hotel.  You have some time to relax after the flight before you prepare for dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 6:  Johannesburg tour & Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, you check out and depart for a final tour.  A Soweto Tour takes in the highlights of this iconic township including Nelson Mandela’s former home and the Hector Pieterson Museum (he was one of the school children who was shot in the 1976 Soweto Uprising).

You get close to Soweto Culture, meeting the people, trying local foods and maybe even some Omqombothi (our traditional beer) at a shebeen. (Food and drinks are for your own account)

This afternoon you depart for Johannesburg Airport where you check in for your onward flight home.
